Returns & Core Charges

Returns
If a part doesn't fit your vehicle, arrives damaged, or you simply ordered the wrong item, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Unused parts in their original packaging are eligible for a refund or exchange. Electrical parts (starters, alternators, sensors, and similar components) that have been installed are final sale, in line with standard auto parts industry practice — this is why we recommend test-fitting before installation whenever possible.
Core Charges
Certain remanufactured parts (typically starters and alternators) include a refundable core deposit, set by the manufacturer and shown separately on the part page and at checkout. This deposit is not a fee we keep — it's refunded once your old part (the "core") is returned to us in reasonably complete, non-disassembled condition. Reach out to support to arrange a core return and refund.
Damaged in Transit
All same-day deliveries require a photo taken at drop-off. If your part arrives visibly damaged, please don't discard the packaging — contact support with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
